Refund policy

Please know that ALL of my polymer clay and resin earrings are made by hand, from scratch. Slight imperfections are normal and expected. Please read the product description carefully before placing your order. Please do NOT bend your earrings and handle them with care. Earrings made from a slab are ALL one of a kind, and the pattern can vary from pair to pair, meaning each pair will be different but will follow the same color scheme. 

 

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately (within 2 business days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If a repair or replacement needs to take place, once the original is received please give up to 7 business days for the replacement to be made and shipped out. 

 

My goal is to make earrings that are high quality, and can last years if taken care properly. Clay is incredibly durable, and I use stainless steel findings that do not tarnish. However, I know that things can happen, and sometimes an earring can break. Repairs for items that broke at NO FAULT to the customer within 30 days of receiving will be repaired/replaced at no cost. Anything after 30 days will be reviewed on a case to case basis, and the customer must pay shipping for the return of the item in need of repair/replacement.

 

Please contact me within 72 hours of delivery if you wish to return a clothing item. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. I will NOT accept returns that have been worn, laundered or altered in any way.
